Terms of Service — Puro Barbershop

1. About these terms

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at purobarbershop.com ("the Website") and the booking service it provides ("the Service"), operated by EXACTO Ltd (ЕКСАКТО ЕООД), EIK 208808320, registered at 19 Georgi Kondolov St., fl. 3, apt. 8, Yuzhen district, 4004 Plovdiv, Bulgaria, with its barbershop at Бул. Христо Ботев 114, Plovdiv, Bulgaria ("we", "us", "Puro Barbershop").

By making a booking through the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service — you are welcome to walk in or call us directly to book.

2. Who can book

To make a booking you must:

be at least 14 years of age (the age of digital consent in Bulgaria); or
be a parent or legal guardian booking on behalf of a minor in your care.

You must provide accurate contact information. We are not responsible for missed appointments resulting from incorrect contact details.

3. How booking works

You select a service, optionally choose a specific barber (or "any available"), pick a date and time from the available slots, and provide your name, email, phone number, and any optional notes.
When you submit the booking, our system reserves the slot and you receive an automated confirmation email immediately. A booking is confirmed when you receive that email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact us — the booking may not have completed.
The price you see at the time of booking is the price you will pay, unless we agree otherwise in person.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where:

the same person has previously failed to show up for an appointment without notice;
we reasonably suspect the booking is fraudulent or abusive;
circumstances beyond our control prevent us from delivering the service.

In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed on the Website in Bulgarian leva (BGN, лв) and include applicable taxes where due. Payment is taken in person at the barbershop after your appointment. We do not collect payment information through the Website.

Cash and cash and card, paid in person at the barbershop are accepted.

We may change prices from time to time. The price in effect at the time you make a booking is the price you pay for that booking, regardless of subsequent changes.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

5.1 By you

You may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time, by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window before your appointment, please call us at +359 892 919 649 so we can adjust the schedule. We may, at our discretion, decline to take future bookings from you if late cancellations or no-shows become a pattern.

To reschedule, please cancel the existing booking (if possible) and make a new one for your preferred time.

5.2 By us

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (for example, due to illness or an emergency), we will contact you using the email and phone number you provided as soon as we are able. We will offer the earliest reasonable alternative time and apologise for the inconvenience.

We are not liable for any indirect costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation by us (for example, taxi fares to and from the shop).

6. No-shows

If you do not arrive for your booking and do not contact us within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, we will treat the booking as a no-show and the slot will become available for walk-ins.

A repeated pattern of no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in our refusing future online bookings from you. You will still be welcome as a walk-in or by phone.

7. Our service to you

We will:

carry out the booked service with reasonable care and skill;
maintain a clean and hygienic environment that meets the standards required by Bulgarian law;
treat you and your personal information with respect, in line with our Privacy Policy.

If you are not happy with the service you received, please tell us before leaving the shop so we have the opportunity to put it right.

8. Conduct at the shop

We expect all customers to treat our staff and other customers with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service and to ask anyone to leave the premises if they:

behave abusively or threateningly towards staff or other customers;
attend the appointment under the influence of substances to a degree that prevents the service being delivered safely;
fail to observe reasonable hygiene standards required for close personal grooming services.

These rules exist to protect everyone, including you.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bulgarian law:

Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the price you paid (or were due to pay) for the booking giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, lost earnings).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

10. General

10.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law.

10.2 Disputes

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will, where possible, be resolved by direct discussion. Failing that, the competent courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, will have jurisdiction. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which they reside.

You can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr — though we hope it never comes to that.

10.3 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be flagged on the Website.

10.4 If a clause is unenforceable

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
